What to Expect
Whether we meet virtually or in-person, I will use a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic record system for intake informs, billing processing, and ongoing documentation requests. This system also hosts the virtual sessions to protect confidentiality as best as possible. My office for in-person meetings is located conveniently in Roseland/South Bend, within a short distance of a Transpo stop.
I believe we all have unique minds, and with that belief at heart, I will adapt my approach to fit you, not me. My intention is to work with you in an equal and equitable partnership, following your lead. I open every session by asking for your agenda for our meeting and end each session with an opening for final reflections, feedback, or questions to ensure your voice and choice is centered in our work together. At times, I may offer recommendations to shift focus or topics, with your approval. If there is a desire to have more guidance or structure set by me, I will gladly provide this support as well.
My appointment times typically fall between 10-6pm Monday through Thursday, lasting typically 55 minutes in length (though longer appointments may also be available). I hope to set regularly scheduled, recurring times when possible as this ensures my ability to consistently meet with you; however, I will accommodate flexible scheduling needs as I am able for those with shifting schedule needs.
If you have any questions about my process or want to talk further, please reach out via the contact link above, and we will go from there!
